We aim to ship your purchases as soon as practical.

Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Domestic Shipping within Australia:

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the event that we are unable to meet this time frame, we will email you to let you know.

Delivery Time frames:

We offer standard shipping via Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.  Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia.

Express shipping ensures faster delivery, typically within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. This is our preferred shipping method when sending live plants to minimise the stress.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your location. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the Australia Post website.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues:

In the rare event of a lost or delayed package, please contact us immediately via theleafyloop@outlook.com. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order promptly or a full refund.

Multiple Shipments:

If ordering multiple items, your order will not be shipped until all items are ready.
